The Fortified Redemption is a nation that was founded in 2101. It originally began as a technological and weapons company created by its founder, Kyle, in 2053. The company started as a small startup, showcasing its prototype energy shielding units, which quickly caught the attention of the United States of America and its military.

Many of these units were eventually sold to the United States, and relations remained steady until 2083, when global tensions began to rise following the election of X Æ A-12 Musk some years earlier. Around this time, the United States entered a level of expansion never seen before, launching invasions of Canada, Mexico, Cuba, and Greenland.

During this period, the United States also attempted to merge major aerospace and defense corporations — including Lockheed, Fortified Corporation, Boeing, SpaceX, and Rocket Lab — into a single entity.
